  1. Final Sale Items:

    • Preorders, custom and/or personalized items, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Store Credit Only:

    • We only offer store credit for returns, provided the items are in the same condition as when they were purchased. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  3. Return Shipping Charges:

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. This includes returns due to an invalid address provided during checkout.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • Any damages or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@hartandhollow.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue.

  5. Delayed or Lost Packages:

    • We are not responsible for any delayed or lost packages once they leave our warehouse. For assistance, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  6. Invoice Approval:

    • By paying an invoice, you acknowledge and agree that all details on the invoice are correct. Orders will be processed as per the information provided at the time of payment.
