Preorder items & custom orders are a final sale. 

NO REFUNDS! Store credit only, at our discretion. Please email with any issues to your order. You have 3 business days to report any discrepancies or damages with pictures attached.

You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are responsible for shipping charges if your package is returned back to us due to invalid address.

Once your invoice is paid, it is an agreement that you have looked over and approved that everything is correct on your invoice. We will send your order as the invoice states. We do not offer refunds if you order Wholesale without checking out at Wholesale Pricing, you must contact us first to let us know so we can fix it prior to you paying.
